ODSP appeal representation in London, Ontario. Ontario Disability Support Program denials, Social Benefits Tribunal hearings. Protect your disability benefits.
ODSP requires a "substantial" physical or mental impairment that is continuous or recurrent, expected to last a year or more, and directly results in a substantial restriction in daily activities, self-care, or workplace function.
First request an internal review within 30 days of the decision. If denied again, appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT) within 30 days of the internal review decision.
Strong medical evidence is critical — specialist reports, treatment records, functional assessments, and supporting letters from healthcare providers documenting how your condition restricts daily activities.
Internal review takes 4-8 weeks. SBT hearings are typically scheduled within 3-6 months of filing. The entire process can take 6-12 months from initial denial to final decision.
