How do I file an LTB application online?
L1, L2, L3, L4, L9, L10, T1, T2, T5, T6, C1, and C2 applications can be filed online through the Tribunals Ontario Portal. Other forms must be filed by email or mail.
How much does it cost to file an LTB application?
Landlord applications (L-series) cost $201.00 to file. Tenant applications (T-series) cost $53.00. Fees may be waived if you cannot afford them — ask the LTB about a fee waiver.
What is the difference between an N12 and N13 notice?
An N12 is served when the landlord, a purchaser, or family member needs the unit for personal use. An N13 is served when the landlord wants to demolish, do major repairs requiring vacancy, or convert the unit to non-residential use.
