When can my landlord increase my rent?
12 months after your last rent increase (or 12 months after you moved in if no increases yet). They must give 90 days written notice.
Is my unit rent controlled?
Most units first occupied before November 15, 2018 are rent controlled. Units first occupied after that date have no rent control.
